No comment? No answer? No suprise. All Devs of explorer apps like net explorer just ignore that smb1 is insecure and dangerous. Why? is it work to change the protocol? Go ahead, its your work. You sell this stuff.

It’s easy to say that, but that change implies a completely new protocol to communicate with and that, beleave me, is a huge amount of work. In my case it does not worth it.
You can try AndSMB, they support both smb1 and smb2/3. http://www.lysesoft.com/products/andsmb/index.html
do you sell any data that your app gathers? I want to use the samba net explorer one but I dont want to use it if youre gonna sell my information. you dont have a privacy policy anywhere that I could find. please respond. thank you.
When I originally commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from
now on each time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the same
comment. Is there a means you can remove me from
that service? Many thanks!
But you should mind the the fact that Microsoft is going to deactivate the SMB1 protocol in new releases.
