Hi, I have been using your app. Which until now had been working great. Now I am getting an error message when trying to send an address. Are you able to point me in the right direction to resolve this. For you info I’m using a nexus 4 running Android 4.4.4 that is not rooted. Kind regards.

I’ve just tested mine and works fine. Are you sure you are using the right Volvo ID?
Hi, many thanks for your reply. I had other issues appear as well and these all went back to problems being caused by an app called Cleanmaster. I have deleted this app and all the problems are now resolved.

@peter, Volvo ID is saved automatically after sucessfull sent. If you send new address you will notice.
Dear Sir, I have been using the app very successfully. It is very useful. But lsineast time I tried to use it, yesterday, I get the error message “error sending to car. please try again later”.
That happened before and by uninstalling and reinstalling it was fixed.
But not this time. And I am sure the email address is correct.
Any other suggestions? I have not installed any recent app as the one referred to by the other user.

There seems to be an issue with here.com send to car feature, it’s not working since wednesday as far as I know. We have to wait until they restore the service.
Anyway, I will be removing the app during the following days as here.com has requested me again to do that for violating their terms and conditions using their send2car not public api.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I was not aware that your app was linked to the Here “send to car” feature. I also have just noticed that it is not working there either.
It is a pity they requested you to remove your app. Their web mobile version does not have the “send to car” feature!!
So, if you remove the app, if I have it installed it will not work after you remove it? OR can I keep it working as long as I don’t un-install it?

I don’t understand the Here.com policy! They don’t make it available in their mobile web version and harass people who just improve their product!

Hi Jesus. Is there an issue with Google Maps as well? I don’t use Here.com maps, only Google Maps.
I received an update today after reporting an inability to send addresses to my Volvo, thanx for that, as it is working again.
Would it be possible to support it for Google Maps and Apple maps only? Regards.

As far as I know everything is working fine right now, I’ve just made some tests and work fien.
Apple maps on Android? That’s not possible :P. Send to volvo works only from Google Maps and Here maps.
