En todo caso la devolución debes gestionarla a través de AppWorld.
after installation the app isnt working.it opens an app with the blackberry logo with the text “initializing please wait…” and after 2 mins its gone and the app is closed. please let me know how to fix or send a refund. thanks.

Unfortunately I cannot send the file…I am able to open it on my computer just not on the playbook

V1.20 not loading. Apple is working before upgrade to this version. How to revert back to the prior version?

You can’t install previous version. The best solution is uninstalling and reinstalling again!
Uninstall list does not show this application. What happen if I delete it but how do I reinstall?
From your device desktop, long tap on any app icon to enter into edit mode. Click on the remove corner on Uncompressor.
Then install again from BB World.
I delete and reinstall, application is loading and works now. Txs
I have the same problem than udi: when I try to start, it says “initialasing,please wait”, and thenit closes.

If I unstinstall, will I have to pay to reinstall ?

@naush, where is it asking for a pass? Might it be the pass for a compressed file?
