Jesus, i have similar problem to MarkH. I cannot sign on, I cant download firfox so I am not able to sync. I beleive the wifi had a problem when I was downloading. Could I try downloading again? Without paying again? Your help is appreciated. Thank you, ron
It’s very strange. I thought it was a decrypting issue, but after some tests, I think there is something strange with your account.
I’ve tested another client and has the same issue decrypting data.
Is your account quite old or quite new?
There might be some changes in the protocol although I could not find anything. My account works fine :S
There are no logs.
As for your description, it seems something in received data is breaking launching an uncaught exception.
If you don’t have any important or personal data I could make some tests using your credentials, I can’t think on any other way as it’s just a problem related to your account.
@MArk,
Please, send it to:

Did you receive the E-mail I sent you with the log on information?
@Mark,
Yes, I got it. I’ve been away during the weekend, I’ll test it ASAP.
@Ron Morey,
Please, let me test Mark’s credentials, we might have the solution.
@Mark,
As I guessed, there is an issue with auth process related to the cryptographic library I use in the app. I’ll try to find a workaround asap.

@Mark, @Ron Morey,
I have a glue 🙂
Mark, your account is an old one, with username instead of email.
Ron, is that your case too?
It seems that there is something with this kind of accounts, but the doc is very bad. I’m looking for some more info.
@Mark, @Ron Morey,
Good news!
I have it solved.
Hope to get the update published by the end of the week.
Update is online now!
Please, try it and let me know if everything works fine now.
I loaded the application yesterday, I have been able to sync passwords, but bookmarks never complete.
I have left it to sync for hours and there are no bookmarks on my Playbook and no errors in the application.
Is there a way to troubleshoot (e.g. logs on the device)?

unfortunately, I have work related data in my bookmarks along with financials.
Is there a limit to how many bookmarks? I have 39 folders, and over 200 bookmarks
@Joe,
No man, there is no limit. I have more than you!
I don’t know how we can manage with this. Any idea?
Ugh, PEBKAC (problem exists between keyboard and chair). Did not have bookmarks set to sync in firefox on my main PC.
Working fine now.
